Our Approach

Resolve SFM’s capability and capacity to undertake facilities management and maintenance work is underpinned by our experience, our flexibility and service reliability. Resolve SFM is well aware of the importance of the service requirements for companies operating in Australia. Our aim is to enhance quality service levels provided to clients on an ongoing and sustainable basis.

Resolve SFM offers a service delivery model which standardises processes to ensure consistency across our clients’ entire asset portfolio. This will facilitate the opportunity for benchmarking across sites and enables clients to identify key drivers so costs can be reduced to the lowest level whilst maintaining industry leading benchmarks.  By aligning our clients’ unique needs with Resolve SFM’s existing processes, our approach to service delivery will challenge the status quo, reduce over-servicing and eliminate redundant processes through ongoing examination of current and future service requirements.

Resolve SFM is in an enviable position in the Australian FM industry, with the ability to provide both facilities management and maintenance services.  We have the flexibility to seek the most cost effective option, and provide either totally in-house or a combination of in-house and subcontracted services.  Circumstances can dictate that services be subcontracted to produce the best value for our clients.  Rather than predetermine those functions, Resolve SFM conducts a make-or-buy analysis to determine those tasks to self perform and those to subcontract when it is financially or technically advantageous.

Clients’ interaction with Resolve SFM will be supported by web-enabled technologies that will assist our clients and Resolve SFM to manage costs and track progress of day to day issues.  Our ongoing improvements to Pinnacle (our Computerised Maintenance Management Systems) will add further benefits through internet-based mechanisms to reduce administrative costs.

From the perspective of Resolve SFM’s Service Excellence framework, active participation by our senior management is imperative.  Clients have direct access to Resolve SFM’s General Manager and other members of the senior management team, on all matters of concern in relation to our performance.
